Norman Cross 18ft Trimaran converted into an outirgger

The vessel above was a plywood Norman Cross 18ft trimaran. One hull had rotted out, and the trimaran was converted into an outrigger. As of January 2023 it is for sale at $11,000 USD (which seems a fraction pricey to me). The upside is the opportunity to take a boat that may have been heading for the scrap heap and transform it into a successful sailing boat
